How come cockroaches can supposedly survival nuclear attack, but cannot survive being hit with a hammer?

I’ve spent a lot of time testing the latter statement – it was total annihilation.

I think thyre suppose to survive the radiation and the heat stuff and not the impact of the missile

due to their small genome size and relative harmless mutations that can result from them being exposed to radiation, their being exposed to radiation would not cause them to mutate to the point of death

Hammers are heavy and easier to aim. If a nuclear explosion hit the same spot as the hammer, it would be evens on which kills the cockroach first.
